Black Mental Health Support
Caring for Minds. Healing Our Community.
AFRO’s Black Mental Health initiative provides culturally grounded education, safe spaces, and community-based support to promote emotional wellness. We work to break stigma, encourage open dialogue, and ensure individuals and families feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.
Empowering Girls Program
Raising Confident Girls. Shaping Future Leaders.
Our Empowering Girls Program uplifts young girls through mentorship, self-esteem building, and healthy lifestyle education. By fostering confidence, resilience, and leadership skills, we help girls discover their voices and step into their full potential.
Support Through the Generations
Connecting Generations. Strengthening Families.
Support Through the Generations brings youth, parents, and seniors together through shared learning and mutual care. This program strengthens family bonds, preserves cultural wisdom, and builds lasting connections that support well-being across every stage of life.
