“As Chair of AFRO’s Board of Directors, I am pleased to present our new Strategic Plan. This plan reflects months of thoughtful engagement, collaboration, consultation, and learning with staff, stakeholders, and community partners.

At its core, the plan is grounded in anti-racism, equity, meaningful community engagement, family-centred service delivery, evidence-informed practice, and a strong commitment to supporting our dedicated staff. These principles will guide our work and decision-making in the years ahead.

I encourage you to explore the plan and learn more about the values, priorities, goals, and objectives that will shape AFRO’s future.
