Who Am I?

Using paint, creativity, and a lot of glitters, our kids made masks to explore the various layers of their identity. Reflecting on the question "Who am I?" created space to discuss their inner feelings, thoughts and emotions. One child said that although people see him as funny and friendly on the outside, on the inside, he treasures parts of himself that can remain private. Another child said he liked making the paper plate face masks because it made him feel good about himself.

This is proof that our minds matter too!
