Mindfulness Exercises

Between group projects, presentations and final exams, the end of the semester can be a very stressful time! With this in mind, AFRO’s counsellor Jess led a mindfulness exercise to help relieve stress and anxiety some of our teens are currently experiencing. We also played some competitive but fun, ‘minute-to-win-it’ games like 'Face the Cookie' and 'Stack That' to shed some stress!
